Compensation:

• Base Salary Range: $85,300 – $142,200

• Compensation may vary based on location, experience, and skills

• Grainger may adjust or revise compensation and benefits at its discretion

Position Summary:

Reporting to a Finance Leader, the Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for driving strategic programs through high-quality financial insights and analysis. The role plays a key part in identifying opportunities, presenting recommendations, and influencing decisions that lead to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve tools and deliverables within Finance and supporting departments

• Develop complex financial models and analysis for strategic initiatives

• Guide business partners on financial decisions

• Monitor key metrics affecting P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow

• Use a controllership mindset to provide clear analysis on business health

• Identify risks, opportunities, and operational/financial concerns

• Deliver presentations and insights to senior leadership

• Review and explain monthly financial results

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field

• 3+ years of analytical experience

• Strong data handling skills

• Advanced Excel skills (complex functions required)
