Retail Product Delivery Agent

As a Retail Product Delivery Agent for Frito-Lay, your duties revolve around the significant task of distributing, vending, and marketing the popular snack assortments such as Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and other favorites to a range of nearby retailers encompassing grocery stores, fuel stations, and discount stores. The position entails self-reliance, driving a Frito-Lay vehicle, as well as embodying the brand image to both store managers and customers effectively.

What You'll Do:

• Supply and exhibit Frito-Lay merchandise at local stores
• Maneuver a Frito-Lay box truck along a prearranged driving route
• Unpack goods and organize them onto shelves and displays
• Strengthening bonds with store managers is crucial for enhancing the presence of products and elevating sales performance
• Stay updated on the movement of deliveries, sales activities, and available inventory as you go about your day
• Join national sales drives and promotional activities
• Explore different types of stores by filling in for colleagues and familiarizing yourself with their routes
• Complete a multi-week onboarding regimen that involves learning about driving, selling tactics, and merchandising approaches to prepare for the job role
• Establish and uphold a safe, organized, and neat work setting
