Working as a Retail Shelf Stocker with Frito-Lay entails the crucial function of delivering, selling, and showcasing the beloved snack variety that includes Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and others at diverse local retail locations, including supermarkets, gas stations, and dollar stores. This role requires operating independently, driving a Frito-Lay delivery truck, and representing the brand professionally to store managers and consumers alike.

What You'll Do:

• Convey and promote Frito-Lay products at nearby retail outlets
• Navigate a designated course while operating a Frito-Lay delivery truck
• Empty product inventory onto shelves and present on displays
• Developing robust partnerships with store managers is key to amplifying product visibility and maximizing sales potential
• Keep a close watch on the deliveries, sales figures, and stock levels throughout the day
• Be involved in sales initiatives on a national level and promotional campaigns
• Gain firsthand experience in a range of store varieties by covering for other team members routes
• Undergo a thorough onboarding process lasting four to six weeks that includes education in driving abilities, sales techniques, and merchandising practices
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the workplace

Schedule & Work Conditions:

• Variations in working schedules that include weekends and holidays
• Physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting items up to 40 pounds, and unloading cargo are part of the daily responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications:
