Amazon Courier

As an Amazon Courier, you'll be the face of Amazon in your local community, delivering smiles and essential packages to customers every day. Working as part of a motivated team, you'll operate a delivery van provided by an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) to ensure packages are delivered safely, accurately, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive an Amazon-branded delivery van to deliver customer packages.

• Load and organize packages in the vehicle based on the delivery route.

• Follow a planned route using a GPS device and mobile delivery app.

• Deliver up to 200+ packages per day to residences and businesses.

• Maintain professional and courteous interactions with customers at all times.

• Adhere to all safety and delivery protocols set by Amazon and the DSP.

• Perform daily vehicle inspections and keep the van clean and organized.

• Report any issues or incidents promptly to the supervisor or dispatch team.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to lift, carry, and handle packages up to 50 lbs.

• Comfortable walking, climbing stairs, and being physically active throughout the day.

• Strong time-management and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous delivery or customer service experience.

• Familiarity with using smartphones and GPS navigation systems.
