Warehouse Goods Mover

As a Warehouse Goods Mover with Frito-Lay, you will be responsible for securely and effectively managing the transportation of products and materials to ensure the warehouse's operations run smoothly. This physically demanding role necessitates attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong commitment to work duties.

What You'll Do:

• Relocate pallets and cases of products between trailers to facilitate loading and unloading
• Order and arrange merchandise in the distribution hub or on loading bays
• Examine packaging components such as cardboard boxes and separate items that can be recycled or repurposed
• Group items acquired from the production line and palletize them according to their respective types
• Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse and ensure adherence to general housekeeping and sanitation standards
• Implement warehouse technology and machinery for smoother material handling
• Follow safety protocols diligently to promote a secure work environment
• Flexibility in scheduling is key, with the possibility of working weekends or holidays

What We’re Looking For:

• Reaching the age of 18 marks the point at which certain rights and responsibilities come into effect
• Demonstrates consistency in lifting and carrying weights ranging from 15 to 50 pounds
• Comfortable with extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and reaching without any issues
• - Desire to be part of a vibrant warehouse environment that may entail noise, varying temperatures, and periodic slick surfaces
• Skillful in performing tasks above ground level with the aid of ladders or lifts, if required
• Dependable, industrious, and cooperative colleague

Work Schedule:

• This position may require availability for shifts throughout the week, including weekends, holidays, and nighttime hours, to accommodate the warehouse's 24/7 schedule
