Route Sales Representative

As a Route Sales Representative (RSR) at Frito-Lay, you play a vital role in delivering, selling, and merchandising our popular snack products—like Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and more—across local retailers, including grocery stores, gas stations, and dollar stores. You’ll work independently, operate a Frito-Lay truck, and be the face of our brand to store managers and customers alike.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver and merchandise Frito-Lay products to local retail outlets

• Drive a Frito-Lay box truck along a designated route

• Unload product and stock shelves and displays

• Build strong relationships with store managers to grow product visibility and sales

• Track deliveries, sales, and inventory throughout your day

• Participate in national sales initiatives and promotional campaigns

• Cover other team members' routes and experience various store types

• Complete a 4-6 week onboarding program including training in driving, selling, and merchandising

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Schedule & Work Conditions:

• Variable shifts including weekends and holidays

• Physical work: standing, walking, lifting (up to 40 lbs), and unloading throughout the day

• Fast-paced environment with independent work and a customer-service mindset

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Valid driver’s license with insurance

• Ability to obtain additional licenses (as required by state law)

• Able to frequently lift 40 lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation

• Comfortable with long periods of physical activity
